| STANDARD FEATURES: 2” Receiver for recovery attachments, bike racks or light towing (no tow rating). | |
| MOUNTING: These bumpers mount in the stock mounting holes and the holes on the outside of the frame rails. This makes a combination of 6 1/2-NC grade 5 bolts total. | |
| OPTIONAL EQUIPTMENT | |
| TIRE CARRIERS: These are done on the passenger side. A T-Handle and large washer holds the tire against the carrier frame no matter what the backspacing or tire width. Tire carriers have a center post with an antenna tab on the top and can carry a tire with up to a 37” overall diameter |

| UTILITY CARRIERS: These mount on the driver’s side. They can be used to attach various items other than our utility platform |
|
| UTILITY PLATFORMS: This consists of a floor, 15”x23-1/2”. There is a back on it about 12” tall and an end tube placed next to the spare tire. This platform will allow the strapping of off shaped items with the use of tie-down points placed in the 1” square tubing construction and two 1” ratchet straps (not included). The open deck with no upper tube rail will easily accept cargo over 15”x23-1/2” base dimension |

| TIE DOWN AND RETRIEVAL: Clevis’ can be used with the Clevis tab option. These are 1” thick steel shapes with a 7/8” hole for use of a ¾” shackle. These can have a working load of approximately 9,000 lbs. straight pull. |

| OTHER FEATURES: Bumpers come furnished with a 2” receiver for recovery attachments, bike racks or light towing (there is no tow rating). A lockout rod will engage when carriers are opened past 90 degrees from the closed position to hold carriers open. Also, the license plate can be mounted to the spare tire T-Handle. Holes must be drilled for this. |

| Early Bronco Front (66-77) Stock Body Mounts (2 3/4” above frame rail) |
| The top deck of the stock body lift bumper is 2-3/4” over the frame-rail. This is good for stock body bushings and up to 2” body mounts. The lower flange of the bumper is even with the bottom of the frame-rail. |
| The center section has at 2” drop from the top deck of the bumper. This is an attempt to reduce air restriction in the radiator as well as to achieve a better pull on the frame in winching situations. A Fairlead mount is required to hold the hawse or rollers in front of the winch. This bolts between the wince and the bumper. There are bolting situations with the older Ramsey rollers that we have witnessed. It is nothing critical unless a drill is not available for making th existing holes bigger or drilling new ones. This recess has also been notched to accommodate the Warn HS9500I and 9500Ti. Therefore they work with all 9500 lb. or less planetaries with a 4-1/2” x 10” bolt pattern. Grill guards and brush guards are available to those what may encounter deer and other tall or jumping critters or overgrown trails. |

| Bronco Rubicon Series Front Bumper for Early Bronco (66-77) Lifted Body Mounts (4 1/4” above frame rail) |
| The body lift bumper is 4-1/4” over the frame-rail top. This raises the bottom of the bumper approximately 1-1/2” above the lowest point on the frame. |
| The center section has a 2” drop from the top deck of the bumper.
